Here are some things to keep in mind when you are at a Las Vegas buffet

Keep the side dishes to a minimum. Things like potatoes, bread and rice will take up space quickly. Even vegetables. You probably hear 'Eat your vegetables!' in your dreams, but this is Vegas, baby! You can do that when you get back home. Right now, go for the seafood, prime ribs and steak. Yum!

Keep drinks to a minimum. Yes, it's nice to be able to drink as much fizz as you want but carbonated drinks take up much needed space too. If you want to get your money's worth of food, take a few sips now and then while you're eating. When you're done, and you know you're not going back for more food, that's the time to enjoy the fizz to your heart's content. If you have any more space, that is.
